Talk abstract: The Healthy Ageing and Data to Early Diagnostics Sectors: The Role of People-Centred Design in Data Driven Innovation. The idea is to introduce government funding options available to data innovators in the Healthy Ageing/Early Diagnostics Sectors, or to those who innovate in another sector, but could extend into Healthy Ageing/Early Diagnostics innovation. The presentation will develop to explore the role of people-centred design and its centrality, where data sets are being used to predict or interpret the truth. Keeping the user’s voice at heart in the data expanse – particularly when applying data to and service innovation and how doing so can be leveraged as a commercial asset.
