Talk abstract: Driving user growth with data science. Getting user acquisition right is do or die for any B2C business. Could data science help target the most valuable users, while keeping the costs low? What is the best strategy for paid advertising to boost the organic traffic? How soon will the investment pay back? This talk will focus on the key models we use at Product Madness to help our User Acquisition team make optimal decisions. It will also highlight how we are dealing the challenges brought about by ATT framework introduced by Apple and other changes in the market of mobile advertising.
Bio: As a Senior Data Scientist at Product Madness, Tamara built the framework for decision-making in the area of user acquisition. She also led the projects on building models for LTV prediction and forecasting organic traffic. Before joining Product Madness, she spent 7 years at the Bank of England helping policy makers set optimal regulation for the UK financial system and chose the best course for UK monetary policy. She holds a Masters degree in Economics from Cambridge University.
